Terms of Service

VoicePaws turns an uploaded pet photo and your written prompt into a short video that is reviewed and then delivered to your order email by private watch link and MP4 download link.

You agree that:

• the information you submit is accurate
• you have permission to use the uploaded photo and written content
• you are responsible for how you share or use the finished video after delivery
• you will not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content

We may reject, delay, or remove submissions that do not fit the product, violate these Terms, or create safety, fraud, or abuse concerns. We may also refuse service where a submission cannot be completed reliably.

AI-generated output can vary. We review submissions before delivery, but we do not guarantee that every generated result will match your expectations exactly or that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

If payment is required for your order, additional checkout or payment-processor terms may apply. We may suspend or cancel an order if payment is not completed or if a submission cannot be processed safely.

We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including model providers, turnaround time, feature availability, or review rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoicePaws is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. If we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
