Refund Policy
We want every VoicePaws video to land. If something’s off about your order, we’d rather make it right than hide behind fine print.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you’re not happy with the finished video, reply to your delivery email within 30 days and tell us what’s wrong. We’ll redo it at no additional cost — a different voice, a tweaked message, a re-render with a sharper photo — whatever the fix calls for.
Refunds
If we can’t produce a result you’re happy with after a redo attempt, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically post within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Orders that fail content review (e.g. the uploaded photo doesn’t meet the guidelines) are refunded automatically. You’ll get an email explaining why.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before generation starts. Once we’ve started rendering the video, the order moves to “in production” and the standard satisfaction guarantee path applies instead.
